Women in Private Credit (WPC) is dedicated to advancing private credit and empowering its female leaders. Founded by a group of like-minded professionals, this network represents some of the most active private credit investors in the market today.​

BREAKDOWN
Membership Criteria
01.
Application: All applications require sponsorship by at least one existing WPC member.

Seniority
LPs: Senior investment professionals who spend most of their time in an asset allocation role in private credit. LPs with 5 years or less of experience can also join the Next Generation group within WPC.

GPs: Managing Directors, Partners, or Portfolio Managers. For marketing-focused professionals, there is a limit of one member per organization per key geography.

LP/GP Ratio: WPC aims for a 70%/30% LP/GP balance, so at times we might maintain a waitlist for GP nominees based on first-come, first-served basis.
